Free Shipping

Yes, that is right! We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States (not its territories) when:

  1. Your order of any pair of Hilling boots or belts.
  2. You need an exchange of product within the exchange policy (it only applies for the first time)
  3. You need to send your boots for repair/exchange within the product warranty policy  (it only applies for the first time)
  4. You would like to get a refund within our promise policy (it only applies for the first purchase)

* Free shipping applies through our standard shipping method. If you need express shipping, the total shipping cost is on you. International shipping costs are not covered by Hilling Boots Company.

Exchanges

Boots didn’t fit?   Want a different pair?  No worries, your exchange is free!

We want you to own the pair of boots that are perfect for you.  You can exchange your boots for a different pair within 15 days after the delivery date.

To exchange your boots, they must:

be unworn, undamaged and show no visible signs of wear (e.g. no worn soles nor creases)
come in their original box (if you do not have the original box an $8.00 fee will be reduced from your credited amount)
If these conditions are not met, Hilling reserves the right to refuse exchanges.

**Notice: If the pair you want is out of stock please allow up to four weeks to receive them.

Please send us an email at contact@hillingboots.com  with the subject: Exchanges, to inform us the new size or boot style you would like to swap them for, in order to obtain an authorization from a Hilling representative with the next steps. Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and we want our customers to be happy with the quality of our product. In case of finding craftsmanship defects, we can accept your boots within 90 days from delivery date. However, we reserve the right to inspect the return to determine if in fact a manufacturing defect may exist with the product. Product failures caused by excessive or abusive wear conditions do not qualify for exchange.  If a manufacturing defect is to be found, Hilling Boots will repair the defect or exchange the product.     This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Remember: These are handcrafted boots made with natural materials. You may find some differences in texture, grain, color or natural markings which are not considered defects.

Hilling Boots Company must authorize all repairs or exchanges. Merchandise cannot be sent without prior authorization from a Hilling representative.  Please send us an email at contact@hillingboots.com with the subject: Product Warranty.  State all details to explain the problem and include some pictures to help us evaluate the boots. Then, you will obtain an authorization from a Hilling representative with the next steps. Our Promise: Your Satisfaction

Our goal is for our Hilling boots to be your pride and joy! In case our boots did not meet your expectations, we are happy to give you a full refund within 15 days of receiving your order. To get a full refund, the boots need:

To come in their original box.
To come with all accessories that were included.
To be unworn, undamaged and show no visible signs of wear (no worn soles nor creases).
Note:  If the last condition is not met, Hilling reserves the right to refuse refunds.

If the boots don’t come in the original box, and/or accessories are missing, we’re sorry but we must deduct an amount of up to $18 from your credited amount.

To obtain a refund please send us an email at contact@hillingboots.com with the subject: Satisfaction, requesting a refund telling us how our product did not meet your expectations in order to help us improve our product. Then, you will obtain an authorization from a Hilling representative with the next steps. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (not its territories).

Exchanges

We want you to wear the belt that is right for you.  You can exchange your belt for a different size within 15 days after the delivery date.

To exchange your belt, it must:

  • be unworn, undamaged and show no visible signs of wear (e.g. no creases)
  • come in their original bag and include the accessories (if you do not have the original bag and accessories, a $5.00 fee will be reduced from your credited amount)

If these conditions are not met, Hilling reserves the right to refuse exchanges.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once we have received your product, it might take up to ten business days to inspect the product. Once the product is inspected we will send you a notification email with the status. Refunds can take up to twelve business day to show in your account after you have received the refund confirmation email.
